Dr. West was excellent! She took her time and did not make me feel rushed. She provided great care!

I have never had an eye exam where the assistant did all the work. Even after the assistant went through all the different options for my new lenses I was never given the opportunity to view through both eyes to confirm all looked right. Even when the provider looked at me, she never confirmed or checked the new lenses option. Doctor only explained my eyes had changed some and new lens strength would be a little higher. I even explained my progressive lenses have never worked so I was unsure If the glasses or prescription was wrong. Doctor did look into my eyes but never while she was in the room did we confirm or check my new recommended lenses prescription.

I did have several questions. Dr. West was very patient and answered them all. I did not feel needed in any way.
