Dr. Aouad was without a resident or fellow and was swamped. He apologized for the wait while he waited for the scan results he gave me good news. Worth the wait.

He a really good guy and an amazing surgeon. He doesn't pull punches. You will always know what he is thinking about you and your condition. And what he thinks he can do to help you. This doctor doesn't listen and focused on a CT result that the ER doctor already told me was not to worry about. I was there for tongue lesions and burning in my mouth, but I still do have a clue what the lesions are. He asks questions and doesn't let you answer.

Dr. Aouad, enters the exam room with a greeting, asks about the months since the last appointment, talks about the next months approaching, and then the appointment has come to a close. It's always a two sided conversation with the Dr. He always listens to everything I and my wife talk about.

I had a wonderful outcome by a very skilled physician that did his best in a challenging situation to help me. The risk of facial nerve damage was there but I did not even have temp effects. I am so appreciative of the excellent care.

Over the past year my mental health has been very stressed due to my diagnosis and the lack of information from my previous providers. Within SECONDS of the provider walking through the door that stress was gone!!! I cannot explain how grateful I and that of my family are with the plan in place!

I can't say enough good about the care I have received over the last couple of years. Everyone has treated me so well it was almost a pleasure having cancer (almost but not quite).

Fantastic.

I would recommend this facility and staff to all for care. They explain your condition and treatment you need. The surgeon nurses and all treatment is explained by all involved in the process.
