Dr Webb's resident answered each of my concerns of recent changes in my health.She displayed a special advocacy and knowledge for my health.

During this visit, I met with a nurse (or nurse practitioner), a resident and with Dr. Webb. All provided excellent care and included me in decisions about my care, proposed treatment and next steps.

Absolutely outstanding clinical care

I never saw Dr. Webb. She did not enter the room once during my visit. I did see her resident doctor, who listened and consulted with me in a professional and thorough manner. I've seen Dr. Webb before and am comfortable with the structure in which a nurse practitioner takes BP, etc, then a resident comes in, and then the doctor comes in. In this case, not seeing the doctor AT ALL felt unprofessional and less than thorough. Perhaps there was a reason I didn't see Dr. Webb, such as my condition didn't warrant seeing her. I don't think this is the case, but if it is, I would have at least liked it explained to me why I was not seeing Dr. Webb, as that is who I made the appointment with and also the doctor to which this survey refers.

The resident was pleasant, thorough and efficient. She encouraged my input Dr Webb made me feel welcomed and valued. She didn't rush me and gave me information about my concerns in a positive way. This eased my anxiety and helps me cope with aging issues.

Dr. Webb is very caring and even when using care or you as a teaching moment for a medical student she is good at putting you at ease. Her clinic mom manner is amazing! Best partner in my healthcare I have had.

Both Dr. Webb and her resident were attentive to my concerns and talked through their line of thought about what was happening. They talked me through the list of scans/things to do, and I left the appointment feeling very informed.

Dr. Webb and her PA were excellent. Dr. Webb goes above and beyond. Her PA Ihave had twice and both times she was right on the money. She will make an excellent doctor.
