There were no explanations given for my problem, but a follow-up appointment was scheduled.

It makes a visit so good when they have a wonderful staff as they do.

I want my IUD removed. She continuously asked me if I'm willing to risk getting pregnant even after I explained to her I would no longer be sexually active after removing my current IUD. I felt pressured to get a new one so I made the appointment but I will be rescheduling for a removal instead and hopefully with a new provider.

She was very down to earth and seemed like she really cared

The ultrasound techs were AWESOME! So kind and caring. Dr Todd and Courtney both had great bedside manners. Dr Todd explained the surgery to me and was very kind about the process and my concerns. She was empathetic and reassuring.

Courtney was very unprofessional when speaking with me. She told me I had hyperplasia which is precancerous cells and then when I asked what that meant she laughed and said it's a good thing we took it. Which was later in visit found out to be false.

Answered all the questions I had. Was very knowledgeable about how birth control affects trans men and helped me greatly
