Discussion of proposed treatment was just Good instead of very good simply because the subject of Perimenopause is something with limited resources. Seems that Perimenopause is unpredictable and the response I seem to hear from everyone is it is what it is and good luck. Here are some things that might help but we can't really do that much for you.

Dr. Saunders was really great about keeping me informed while removing my old IUD and inserting my new one. As physically painful as the process inherently is, being prepared for the worst parts helped me feel a lot more comfortable, and I appreciated how included she made me feel through each step.
