I suggest having a handout available for patients receiving hip injections. I wish I had understood potential side effects better.

Doc was in a hurry

I was given lidocaine even though my file should document my allergy. I was not asked about any medications I was taking or allergic to. When informed about I was receiving lidocaine, while it was being injected on the second shot and never informed on the first the doctor did not even acknowledge my comment. Only the ultrasound tech asked me about it and offered help. Doctor ignored comment and did not come in to discuss and told tech to tell me to get OTC medicine if needed.

I love Dr. Kaiser and recommend her frequently.

My disappointment is in the fact that I was never given the choice about the fellow being the one to perform my procedure. When I scheduled my appointment I was told it would be with Dr. Kiser. The fellow came and had me sign some forms, but no one ever asked or told me the fellow would be performing my procedure, not Dr. Kiser. Feel like that something that my permission should have been requested for.

I don't know how anyone could ask for better service.
